AMRL’s Industrial Zone comprises of a Multiproduct Special Economic Zone (SEZ), a 100 acre Free Trade and Warehousing Zone (FTWZ), a proposed Domestic Tariff Area (DTA) within its premises, and is located in Electronics Manufacturing Cluster (EMC) designated districts. Certain industry segments have been prioritised as ‘Focus Sectors’ for the development of the Industrial Zone based on traditional activity in the region, growth prospects, and thrust areas identified as part of government programmes, importantly the flagship Make in India programme and the region’s suitability for the sectors. AMRL FTWZ – your gateway to hassle-free and effective supply chain management. It helps Indian and Global traders to connect with the global supply chains in a cost effective way. AMRL FTWZ acts as a hub for low cost exports, imports and re-exports – thereby benefiting the exporters and importers in a big way. It can be said that AMRL FTWZ offers benefits equivalent to global Free Trade Zones. The FTWZ comes with its own Customs clearance facility and offers warehousing solutions that can be tailored to specific client requirements. Clients can route their shipments to AMRL FTWZ directly from gateway ports without Customs assessment and duty payment. On top of this, our clients can enjoy duty free storage of their goods for up to 2 years.

  • Value Added Services: Repacking, tagging, labelling, invoicing, painting, bundling, bottling, etc. in AMRL FTWZ where they are much less expensive than in US/Europe distribution centers. Further, these services are exempted from local taxes IGST
